Born Pretty Store Nail Art Products
As I mentioned the other day, I am in the process of reviewing several products from Born Pretty Store. Today, I have for you a nail art look that I created with several products from Born Pretty.
This was created using Orly Snowcone as the sky, the white from the 2-way Nail Art Pen 24 Set for the clouds, and various butterflies from the 120 pcs Fimo Slice Set. I also used Out the Door TC to place the butterflies onto my nail, and a coat of Seche Vite to set the whole thing.
I realize this isn't very seasonally appropriate, but I love this. I haven't used fimo slices before, but I found them quite easy to work with. You just have to go moderately fast and use a nail art tweezer, like this one from Born Pretty, making sure to push the fimo design slightly into the TC. Then you need to top it with a thicker TC, like Seche Vite, to set the whole thing.
I've linked to all the products I've used from Born Pretty Store.

LOL, that was the first thing I thought: this is so not seasonaly appropriate, but who cares. Very cute. Makes me long for spring even more.
I'm attacking you with comments today lol. I love this mani! It makes me happy :)
So cute! What do you think about Shellac for nails? I'm supposed to have it done tomorrow. Kori xoxo
This is adorable. Im not much for following seasonal trends. I really love your base color. The little butterflies are just precious too.
Kori, I've never had Shellac nails, so I can't give you any firsthand advice. I've heard good things about it, though. I know several other bloggers have gotten it before, with the big one coming to mind being All Lacquered Up. You may want to check out her blog, as I know she's reviewed Shellac and Gelish pretty extensively.
OMG this is darling :)
Awwh, great use of fimos, might try this out one day c:
